It provides users and stakeholders with relevant information regarding internal controls supporting financial processes. The SOC 1® Type 2 report is available to customers and authorized stakeholders upon request, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements.

The SOC 2® Type 2 report is available to customers and authorized stakeholders upon request, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements.

Tier III Certification of Design Documents and Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility: The Panvel-I Data Center (LNT NMP1), L&T’s first colocation facility, has been awarded both the Tier III Certification of Design Documents (TCCD) and the Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility (TCCF) by the Uptime Institute. These certifications validate that the facility has been designed and constructed in full compliance with rigorous Tier III standards. The TCCF certification confirms that all critical infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems, has been built and tested to deliver high levels of performance, reliability & resilience aligned to concurrent maintenance requirement."

The L&T Data Center at Kanchipuram (LNT CN1) has been awarded the Tier III Certification of Design Documents by Uptime Institute.

This certification recognizes that the design of the LNT CN1 facility meets Tier III standards for concurrent maintainability, allowing planned maintenance on critical MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) infrastructure without disrupting the operations of IT systems hosted within the data center.
